Delivery route planner: the route comes from the day's orders, no spreadsheet.
Ordeno's route planner builds delivery routes from orders that are invoiced or released for shipping. It groups stops by vehicle, respects delivery windows and load capacity, calculates the ETA and sends the route to the driver's phone. Delivered, failed or partial deliveries flow back to the order immediately.
What this module solves
Routes built by hand
Whoever schedules shipping stops copying order addresses into a spreadsheet or a separate routing tool.
Customers without an ETA
The ETA per stop sits on the order: sales and customer service can say "it arrives this afternoon" without calling the driver.
Disputed deliveries
Photo, time and location of the delivery stay attached to the order and the invoice.
How it works
Select the orders
Released orders appear on the shipping screen with weight, volume, address and time window. You pick the day and the available vehicles.
The route comes out optimized
The platform sequences the stops per vehicle, taking into account distance, delivery window and load capacity.
Driver with the app
The driver sees only their stops, navigates, and marks each one delivered or failed, with reason, photo and the recipient's signature.
Exceptions replanned
A failed delivery goes back to the next day's schedule by itself, and the customer is notified.
Freight and cost per route
Mileage, time and cost of each route are recorded, so you can compare your own fleet with carriers.
Where AI comes in and where rules apply
Rule
Stop sequence and load per vehicle are calculated by a routing algorithm, always the same for the same data.
AI
The customer service agent uses the route ETA to answer customers on WhatsApp and warns them when a delivery is running late.

Frequently asked questions
Does the route planner work with both your own fleet and carriers?
Yes. Your own fleet gets optimized routes and the driver app; carrier orders follow the freight quote and the carrier's tracking.
Does the driver need a license?
No. Driver access is a simple view-and-confirm profile, included in the unlimited users.
What happens to a failed delivery?
It goes back to the next day's schedule with the reason recorded, and the customer is notified.
Does the route consider the customer's receiving window?
Yes. The window is set on the customer record or the order and goes into the route calculation.
