Model 3 · Full operation

Full operation on commission: you manufacture, Ordeno sells and operates.

You own the factory and take care of production only. Ordeno runs marketing, sales and operations: customer service, purchasing, logistics and the online store. You do not pay for the software. You pay a 10% commission only on sales made by the Ordeno team.

Who does what

You manufacture

The factory, the production team and quality stay with you. Ordeno hands you the order ready to produce, with lead time, specification and priority.

Marketing

Ordeno runs the website, Google, Instagram and campaigns, connected directly to the platform, with no agency and no tool in between.

Sales

The Ordeno team handles leads, quotes with the pricing rule agreed with you and closes the sale.

Customer service

Customers are served on Meta's official WhatsApp, by an AI agent and by people on the Ordeno team, with the history in the CRM.

Purchasing and logistics

Buying inputs, freight quotes, routing and delivery tracking run on the platform, with a trail for every step.

Online store

When selling direct makes sense, the store runs on the same platform, with payment and shipping tied to the order.

What it costs

Simple math: a 10% commission on sales made by the Ordeno team. No software fee, no setup and no per-user charge.

Software included

You use the whole platform with no monthly fee: orders, production, inventory, invoicing and finance.

10% only on what Ordeno sells

The commission applies to sales closed by the Ordeno team. What Ordeno did not sell pays nothing.

Repeat purchases

A repeat purchase only pays commission if the Ordeno team sells again.

Customers Ordeno brings in

A customer Ordeno brings in joins Ordeno's portfolio, and Ordeno looks after service and the next sales.

Your current customers stay out

Customers you already had before the contract are not subject to the commission.

Who it is for

A factory with capacity to sell more

You produce well and have room in the schedule, but no sales or marketing team to fill that capacity.

An owner who wants to focus on production

You would rather spend your time on process, quality and lead time, and leave sales and the back office to people who do it every day.

Anyone who will not pay for software before results

You start with no monthly fee: Ordeno only earns when it sells.
