Each agent runs the routine of one role inside the platform, with a trail of everything it did. You hire one at a time and switch it off whenever you want. The agent runs on Ordeno's AI engine or on your own AI account.

Each agent's price is fixed during the assessment as a fraction of the cost of the routine it takes over: always less than one tenth of a person dedicated to that routine. Fixed monthly fee, with a band of executions included.

You connect your account (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google or Anthropic) and pay the tokens directly to the provider. Ordeno charges the agent at a 30% discount on the Ordeno's-AI price, because what you are buying is the flow, the ERP integrations, the audit trail and the agent's maintenance.

How much will I pay?
The platform's monthly fee depends on your operation's volume tier and is fixed during the assessment, below what you spend on systems today. Each AI agent has its own price, also agreed in advance. There is no per-user charge and no percentage of revenue.
Why don't you charge per user?
Because it makes companies leave people out of the system. We want the driver, the subcontractor and the customer inside the platform; Ordeno's cost follows the size of the operation, not the size of the team.
When does billing start?
When the first legacy system is switched off. During implementation you pay nothing, and you never pay for two systems doing the same job.
How is the agents' efficiency gain measured?
During the assessment we agree on the standard time for each routine. Every month the agent records how many executions it performed and the platform shows the hours given back to the team. The agent's price is fixed; the report is there for you to track the return, not to make the invoice vary.
Can I use my own AI?
Yes. Connect your account with an approved provider and pay the tokens directly to them. In that mode the agent costs 30% less, and you can switch back to Ordeno's AI whenever you want.
Is there a lock-in period?
Twelve months on the first contract, because migration and training are on us. After that the plan is monthly, and we export your data in an open format if you leave.
