Electronic invoice (NF-e): issued from shipping, without typing the order again.
In Ordeno the NF-e (Brazilian electronic invoice) comes from the shipped order. Items, quantities, customer, carrier and packages are already on the order; tax rules live in the product, transaction type and customer records. The invoice is transmitted, the XML and DANFE go to the customer by email, and the receivable is created at the same time.
What this module solves
Invoices typed by hand
Invoicing stops copying the order into another system.
Tax errors
CFOP, CST, rates and tax incentives come from the registered rule, the same for everyone.
Collections disconnected from the invoice
The invoice creates the receivables with the order's installments.
How it works
Tax scenario
Taxation by NCM code, transaction type, state and customer profile, set up once and applied to every invoice.
Issued from shipping
A checked and shipped order releases the NF-e, in full or partially.
Automatic delivery
XML and DANFE go to the customer and stay on their portal.
Finance in step
Receivables are created with the order's installments and payment method.
Invoice dashboard
Authorized, pending, rejected and canceled invoices in one list, with the access key and the rejection reason.
Where AI comes in and where rules apply
Rule
Taxation and tax calculation are always a registered rule, never AI.
AI
Coming soon: the invoicing agent checks the order, shipment and records before issuing and flags discrepancies to a person.
