Sales orders: a single order, from acceptance to invoice.
In Ordeno the sales order is the center of the operation. Once approved, it reserves stock, goes through the credit check, creates the work order or picking order, schedules delivery and issues the invoice. Every department works on the same document, and the customer follows the status on the portal or on WhatsApp.
What this module solves
Orders re-keyed
Sales, production, shipping and invoicing all use the same order.
Status by phone
The customer sees the order stage on the portal and gets notified of important changes.
Selling without stock
Reservation happens on approval; the rep sees what is available before promising a date.
How it works
Order approved
It comes from an accepted quote, the customer portal, a sales rep or the online store.
Reservation and credit
Reserves stock (by batch, heat or size grid) and checks the customer's credit.
Production or picking
Manufactured items become work orders; stock items become picking for shipping.
Shipping and invoice
Once picked and checked, the order goes on a route or to the carrier and the invoice is issued.
Customer tracking
Customer portal with stages, documents and invoices, plus WhatsApp notifications.
Where AI comes in and where rules apply
Rule
Reservation, credit, stages and invoicing follow fixed rules.
AI
The agent reads orders received by email, PDF or procurement portal, enters them and checks them against the quote.
