Finance tied to the operation: the receivable comes from the invoice, reconciliation from the bank statement.
Ordeno's finance module does not rely on manual entries. Receivables are created from the invoice, payables from received purchases and payroll. The bank statement is imported and reconciled by rule. Cash flow, P&L and margin per order come from the same data, by company, branch and cost center.
What this module solves
Duplicate entries
Nothing is typed twice: invoices and purchases create the entries.
Reconciliation in spreadsheets
Statement imported and settled by rule; only exceptions go to a person.
P&L at month end
Results by company and by order available at any time.
How it works
Receivables
Invoice installments with boleto or Pix, settled automatically on payment.
Payables
A received and checked purchase becomes a payable with due date and approval.
Reconciliation
Bank statement imported, reconciled by amount, date and document.
Cash flow
Forecast and actual, by account, company and branch.
P&L and margin
Results by company and cost center, and the actual margin of each order.
Where AI comes in and where rules apply
Rule
Settlements, interest, allocations and reconciliation follow fixed rules.
AI
The agent reconciles what the rule didn't match, suggests the classification and explains P&L variances in plain language.
