Discount above the price list, purchase above a set amount, credit outside policy, return, payment: each approval request goes to the right person, with a deadline, and escalates if it stalls. Who approved, when and with what justification is recorded on the document itself.

How it works
Design the flow
Steps, owners, authority levels by amount or margin, and deadlines are set by you, with no coding.
Automatic trigger
The flow starts by itself when the document meets the condition: discount above 5%, purchase above R$ 10,000, customer over their credit limit.
Approve from anywhere
The approver decides on the platform, in the app or through a WhatsApp link, with the document and its history in view.
Reminds and escalates
With no answer by the deadline, the platform sends a reminder, then escalates to the backup or the next level up.

Where AI comes in and where rules apply
Rule
Who approves what is defined by fixed authority levels. AI never approves in place of a person when the rule calls for a person.

The agent prepares the decision summary (margin, customer history, past purchases) and approves on its own only what falls within the band you allow.

Do I need a developer to build a flow?
No. Steps, authority levels and deadlines are set on the workflow screen.
Can I approve from my phone?
Yes, in the Ordeno app or through a link sent on WhatsApp, always with the document alongside.
Can the AI agent approve on its own?
Only within the band the company allows, for example a discount of up to 3% for a customer with a good history. Outside it, a person decides.
