Certificates and quality: the 3.1 certificate comes from batch and test data, in minutes.

Ordeno's quality module issues the material certificate (such as EN 10204 3.1) from the recorded batch, heat and test results. Results are compared against the standard's limits; out of limits, shipping is blocked until a decision is made. Nonconformity reports (NCR) are coming soon. The certificate goes with the invoice.

What this module solves

Certificates typed up

Composition, properties and traceability come from the batch and the test, not from copy and paste.

Off-spec material shipped

An out-of-limit result blocks shipping until a decision is made.

Nonconformities without a trail (coming soon)

NCR with cause, action and owner, linked to the batch and the order.

How it works

Supplier certificate

The mill certificate arrives with the raw material and stays linked to the heat and the batch.

Procedures and criteria

Catalog of tests and processes, and acceptance criteria by alloy: chemical composition and mechanical properties.

Suggested verdict

Each recorded test is compared with the alloy's criterion; the technical lead confirms or overrides the verdict.

Certificate to the customer

The EN 10204 3.1 pulls the heat's composition, heat treatment and tests, traceable back to the source certificate.

Shipping block

An out-of-spec result blocks shipping until a decision is made. NCR with status (open, in progress, closed): coming soon.

Equipment and standards

Calibration of test equipment and a library of standards in the same module.
