Fashion collections: from tech pack to sewing subcontractor, on one screen.
Ordeno's collection module organizes garment manufacturing from development to delivery. The collection is split into drops, families and a color palette, with a collection map and a timeline. Each style has a tech pack with approval, size grid, raw material consumption and cost per piece. Production is scheduled per sewing subcontractor as if each one were a machine, with capacity and due date. Wholesale, private label, online store and direct sales share the same inventory.
What this module solves
Tech packs in spreadsheets
Style, materials, trims and measurements live in a single record, linked to cost and production.
Subcontractors out of control
Each subcontractor has a queue, due date and piece balance; delays show up before the collection is due.
Split inventory
Retailer orders and website sales draw from the same balance by color and size.
How it works
Collection, drops and families
Register the collection, split it into drops and families, set the color palette and follow everything on the collection map and timeline.
Tech pack with approval
Designer and pattern maker work on the same tech pack, with photos, materials, trims, measurements and the approval status of each style.
Cost and price per piece
Fabric, leather, trims and labor make up the cost of each style; the price comes from each customer group's margin rule.
Subcontractor scheduling
Cut lots are distributed among sewing subcontractors by capacity and specialty, with cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and shipping stages.
Partner portal (coming soon)
The subcontractor sees their orders and reports progress and returned pieces from a phone.
Sales and packing list
Orders from reps, retailers, private label and the website reserve stock by size grid; the packing list and invoice come out of shipping.
Where AI comes in and where rules apply
Rule
Cost, size grid, stock reservation and subcontractor balance are fixed calculations.
AI
The agent reads retailer orders sent as a photo, spreadsheet or WhatsApp message and builds the order by size grid; it also chases late subcontractor returns.
